At Avalanche Adventure, we understand that fun, adrenaline fuelled activities bring friends and family together. We have made a name for ourselves by providing activity days that include some of the most popular choices out there, including paintballing, quad biking and clag pigeon shooting.
However, given that there are age restrictions for our activities, we understand that we need to offer a little something for everyone.
Family days out are an integral part of life for most of us, and it certainly would not be a family day out without the little ones running around in the sun causing trouble. So, whilst we don’t directly offer activities that children can get involved with, we do have some facilities that will make a family day out or weekend away possible.
Perhaps the men can go let off some competitive steam paintballing, whilst the ladies stay behind to relax in the sun with the kids. Then later, once the men are back, the ladies can enjoy themselves on some off road racing buggies whilst the men get the kids to sleep.
At Avalanche Adventure, we offer camping on site. It’s the perfect size for groups of friends or families, as the land available for camping is not so extensive that people can get lost – which is always ideal when you’re with the children.
Alternatively, if you and some mates have escaped the stress of day-to-day life for a mini break, you can have a few days jam packed full of adventure. Then once you’ve finished your activities for the day, crack open a few beers or a bottle of wine and relax for the evening.
During the summer months, our on-site camping facilities are abuzz with excited groups enjoying the sun. If you want a weekend away with a great atmosphere, this should definitely be on the cards as all of our guests have access to a bar, a marquee that is erected during summer and toilet facilities. And to top it off, you can feed your mini army by using our on-site bbq too.
So, what more do you want from a family weekend away?
